Abstract

Conflicts and problems that occur between employers citizen Malaysian and Indonesian migrant workers though never break in the mass media. This problem from time to time has not received proper solution so relatively similar cases has occurred and to happen again. Moreover there are tendencies escalation in the quantity and quality of the cases happened. This essay will try explaining alternate exits up there, classifiable the settlement efforts through an approach to human relations.
